But if you consider the cost, facilities, and comfort, you can surely eliminate several of those; still, it’s tough enough to decide from the remaining list unless you visited there previously.

I have picked up the top 5 beachfront properties in Arambol, that you can pick without any second mind.

1. Sweet Valley Cottages

The first thing I’d say, Sweet Valley Cottages is situated at the best location in Arambol; it’s really ever refreshing to have ocean-mountain-jungle and lake in one frame.  At this budget, you’ll rarely find another staying option in Goa with such a marvelous view, and this the prime reason I chose this one as one of the best hotels in Arambol.

No aristocracy at all, but if you like a basic living option right into the lap of nature while enjoying absolute peace and eternal relish, “Sweet Valley Cottages” is one of the top picks in Arambol.

At the bay of Arabian Sea just beside the sweet water lake “Sweet Valley Cottages” offer some enchanting view all around; indeed, this place must fire up your hidden adventurous mind!

You’ll get here two types of accommodations here:

• Delux double bedroom (35 m²); walls are made of concrete and these rooms are comfortable for 2 adults (and 1 child).

I find this option perfect for myself and definitely for adventurous people. These rooms are perfect for 2 adults, but 3 people can stay here easily by arranging 1 futon bed.

All the rooms in “Sweet Valley Cottages” are featured with the sea-lake-mountain view, balcony, attached bathroom, and free wi-fi.

This breathtaking location offers you double privacy escaping the crowd madness and vendor harassment; in addition, you may enjoy several activities like surfing, paragliding, jungle trekking, and definitely local shopping.

The Guest House is situated on the Arambol beach; Querim-Keri Beach is 1.6 km and Tiracol Fort is 16 km away from this place.

2. GoYm Resort

GoYm resort is another very good, clean and scenic hotel and a great option for staying at Arambol beach or very close to the beach. You don’t have a sea-facing room here but the beach is just next to this property, it’s about 50 meters. You’ll hardly need 30 seconds to 1 min to expose yourself to the open wind of Arambol sea beach.

Sorry to say GoYm doesn’t offer AC-cooled accommodation, but beautiful cottages include fans inside and a leaf-made dummy roof at the top to keep the rooms cool, and that is pretty good unless you visit there during hot summer (May-July).

The property is well decorated by a garden and every room is featured with a shower, and clean private bathroom providing free toiletries. Rooms are spacious, neat, and clean. A private little terrace has been included with each room.

Among other facilities, you will get free luggage storage, free wi-fi, and free parking.

The in-house restaurant serves multi-cuisine dishes, while alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the bar.

In case you are interested in Yoga, there is good news for you. The property has accommodation for practicing yoga.

3. Lotus Sutra

If you are searching for a premium resort right on Arambol beachfront, you should go for Lotus Sutra. There are several resorts and hut on Arambol beach, but Lotus Sutra is the most comfortable among all. You can have easy access to Sweet Lake also as Sweet Lake is only 1 km away from this place.

The resort has been architected very tastefully oozing calmness with the Buddha statues and greenery all around.

In Lotus Sutra Resort you’ll get all the necessary comfort that you expect from a premium stay option.

The accommodation includes air-conditioned rooms, electric kettles inside, featured with shower and private bathroom, free toiletries, free wi-fi, free parking, luggage storage, a children’s playground, swimming pool, etc. In case you need currency exchange and car rental, the management can arrange them.

You’ll get both sea view and garden view rooms in this property; however, the general space at the front is open for all. Rooms are spacious (wooden cottages are smaller) and clean.

The in-house restaurant (Zen Oasis) offers foods of all variety that includes Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian, and Thai specialties.

Note: If you listen somewhere about the private beach facility in Lotus Sutra, that’s completely false. Lotus Sutra doesn’t have a private beach, but you can relax at the beachfront open space anytime, this place is dedicated to all guests in Lotus Sutra.

4. Om Ganesh Naik Guest House

Away from the crowded and noisy main beach, Om Ganesh Naik Guest House is situated at a corner of Arambol offering you a scenic beach view right from the property balcony.

The view from the balcony is amazing! Blue ocean with picturesque black rocks and palms will be at your sight, and you can hang out there for hours listening to the sound of the waves, but no other noise.

This is not a place like “Party Every Night”, but if you are on a long trip, heading towards Goa to enjoy the silent beauty with full privacy for several days or weeks, this guest house is a perfect pick for you; foreign travelers often book this guest house for weeks or months.

Rooms are neat and clean, spacious, and comfortable. The support staff is excellent in Om Ganesh Naik Guest House.

The guest house is situated at the top of a cliff, so, you are suggested to book a room on the upper floor that offers you a wide-angle view of the ocean. If you are lucky you may watch dolphins early in the morning sitting on your balcony.

5. 21Coconuts Inn

21coconuts inn is another beachfront accommodation in Arambol offering various facilities, such as a bar, a terrace, restaurant, free superfast WiFi, 24-hour front desk and room service, hot water service, etc.

The property is situated a little back from the beach, still, I considered this one as a top Arambol accommodation with a beachfront because you can have a magnificent sea view from your terrace, especially from the top floor.

The rooms are simple but clean and spacious; each room contains a plastic cabinet, hanger, private bathroom,

Air-condition is not available in every room, if you prefer AC-facility, book the deluxe double bedroom on the 3^rd floor. You’ll also get the best view from the balconies of these rooms.

Not only it offers a reasonable price, but the location is a big plus of this hotel; shops, restaurants, pharmacies, beach, Mount Arambol, Sweet Lake, everything is very easily accessible from here.

The in-house kitchen offers delicious foods, but if you prefer outside meals, you have a good deal of options.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Among other places, Querim-Keri Beach is 2.6 km and Tiracol Fort is 6 km away from the hotel.

Top Arambol Accommodation: Close-to-Beach

Apart from the above-listed properties, you should go for the following properties for the best comfort. In Arambol, properties close-to-beach are more comfortable and affordable rather than the beachfront ones.

Firstly, you can very easily access the beach from these properties; secondly, these are more comfortable and easy to access the market; thirdly, these are available at a reasonable price.

Here I have listed 5 properties that are very close to the beach (though not beachfront); some of the following properties even provide a fine sea view from the balcony.

6. Cactus Guesthouse

Not on the beach but Cactus Guesthouse literally situated just next to the beach. Even you can have a partial sea view from the terrace/balcony of some of the rooms (though most room balconies offer only the garden view).

The property offers comfortable accommodation with a private bathroom, a desk, a balcony, an outdoor seating area, and free wifi. Among other facilities, luggage storage and laundry facilities offer you extra comfort especially if you are staying there for a longer time.

Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, café, bars, everything is very close to this property; the beach is just a few steps away; the staff and owner are very humble and helpful (Angelo and Helen), you just get ready for warm Goan hospitality!

If you prefer maximum comfort, I’d suggest choosing the Studio accommodation, which offers spacious well-decorated rooms and an amazing sea view between the tree from the terraces.

7. Rama Beach Resort

Close to the beach, Rama Beach Resort offers premium Arambol accommodation, very well decorated with a green garden, buddha statue, and wooden cottages.

They offer a very reasonable price for AC deluxe wooden cottages, having a spacious room and private bathroom, neat and clean, and featured with a private terrace in front of each cottage. Among other room amenities, they provide AC-facility, refrigerator, electric kettle, wardrobe, flat-screen TV with cable channels, toiletries, and hairdryer. Free WiFi and free parking are available here.

The owner and staff are very kind and helpful.

There is no kitchen attached to this property, but that doesn’t matter because of several good restaurants available around serving delicious food (all the closest restaurants don’t offer the best taste, better you find a perfect one on the beach).

The distances of Querim Beach and Tiracol Fort is 2.7 km and 15 km, respectively.

8. TP Beach Resort

If you are searching for a premium class of Arambol accommodation, and no matter if it is not a beachfront property, you can surely consider TP Beach Resort for your stay.

This hotel is situated at a fantastic location that is only a few meters away from Arambol Beach, very well decorated and well maintained.

There is a big pool in the middle, which they clean every day. The pool is surrounded by some wooden cottages, while other cottages are surrounding a well-decorated garden; rooms are also exceptionally neat and clean. So, about hygiene, this hotel is absolutely safe.

Rooms are very well decorated, soundproof, and featured with AC accommodation. Every cottage has an attached balcony and private bathroom, wardrobe, and sitting place.

Owner and managers are great hosts, and very helpful. Staff is also very humble.

Needless to say, but don’t expect sea view rooms here as this is not a beachfront property; but as mentioned above, the beach is very close to this one.

This place is 3 km and 13 km away from Keri Beach and Tiracol Fort, respectively.

9. Angelo’s place

Angelo’s place is a simple but peaceful stay option in Arambol close to the beach.

This property is situated near the main market of Arambol and thus you can access restaurants, cafes, shops by walking a few steps.

Apart from Arambol beach, Kalach beach, and sweet water lake, you can visit Quirem and Tiracol Fort that are 2.4km and 15 km away, respectively. Other beaches, such as Mandrem, Ashvem, Morjim are also very easily reachable by a two-wheeler.

The rooms are featured with a balcony, double/triple bed accommodation, private bathroom, terrace, free wifi, etc. Most importantly the owners are very humble and responsive.

If you prefer staying a little away from the beachfront, this would be a nice option for you. But don’t expect a sea view from all the rooms. Only the balcony of the top floor provides a partial sea view.

10. Double V Arambol

Double V Arambol is actually situated near the beginning part of Arambol beach, which is much quieter than the central Arambol. Thus, you may enjoy your stay peacefully away from the crowd and noise of the main beach.

It’s not a beachfront property, but you can access both Arambol/Mandrem beach from here; it’s about 100 meters (2 minutes walking).

There are several types of rooms available here at Double V Arambol varying by rents and facilities. So, you may check the suitable one for your choice.

All rooms are well decorated with attached bath, wardrobe, and minibar, but AC facility and balcony is not available in all the room categories. So, if you need AC accommodation, book selectively. Double deluxe rooms offer a balcony with a perfect sea and sunset view.

The property is very neat and clean, the exterior part is decorated with a nice garden.

Selected rooms also offer a kitchen with a fridge and a stovetop.

Top Arambol Accommodation: Away from Beach

Arambol is a small place, sea beach is smoothly accessible from any corner of the region. Although the following are listed as Away-from-Beach properties, none of these are far away from the beach. You just can’t get the sea view from the following ones.

Notably, most of the following accommodations are the premium ones and also most comfortable to stay at.

To choose an Arambol Accommodation from the following 5 properties, you have to agree with 2 points:

• staying absolutely close to the beach is not mandatory for you.
• You are willing to stay in a calm and serene environment away from the crowd.

A little away from the beach surrounded by lush green trees, Aaria Hills provides premium accommodation in Arambol. You have to walk around 700 m to reach the beach; if this is fine for you, then definitely choose Aaria Hills for your stay.

Two categories of rooms mainly offer the scenic Mountain View and landscape view. All the rooms are perfect and well-appointed with a large-sized bathroom.

All the rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. Free wifi and parking facilities available here.

Overall property is very clean, staff and management are very helpful and generous. Food quality is great and many varieties available.

12. Nanu Resort

A little away from Arambol beach Nanu Resort offers excellent accommodation for staying in Arambol. The resort is situated in the middle of Mandrem and Arambol beach at a location that is surrounded by lush green; Arambol beach is approximately 550 m away from this place and Mandrem is about 1 km.

The resort is featured with a shared lounge, garden, a restaurant, free private parking, a roof-top swimming pool, and a bar. I must include, the mountain view from the roof-top pool is amazing!

The place is neat and clean; each room is spacious and equipped with an AC facility, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, wardrobe, fridge, kettle, private bathroom with free toiletries, and a desk. The small balcony attached to the room definitely does not offer a sea view but very serene.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, and the staff is very helpful.

Continental and buffet breakfast is available daily; the restaurant offers some delicious food.

13. Bliss Water Resort

Bliss Water Resort, is situated in the middle of Arambol and Mandrem beach and thus both are easily accessible from this resort; Arambol beach is 350 meters away while the distance of Madrem is 1 km.

It’s a 3-star hotel wonderfully decorated with a green garden and Lon, wooden cottages, and a small lake. The resort is neat and clean from every angle, and very hygienic.

Common facilities like restaurants, free private parking, a shared lounge, and free wifi are available here. This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and room service. The air-conditioned rooms provide a lake view and come with a desk and free WiFi.

All the rooms are equipped with a seating area, wardrobe, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a shower.

Staff and management team are very helpful and supportive.

14. Whispering Lake Resort

A little away from Arambol beach, Whispering Lake Resort is situated around a lake and surrounded by a lush green environment. It’s a serene place to mix up with nature and spending a peaceful holiday.

The resort contains two types of rooms; the king-size rooms in the main building are more spacious and equipped with air conditioning, while the individual huts are having fan cooling facility, but no AC.

The resort offers other common accommodations, such as free WiFi, free private parking, room service, and luggage storage for their guests.

15. The Wild Flower Studios

The Wild Flower studios is away from Arambol beach (with respect to others listed above) but still, there is no reason to eliminate this one from least of the best Arambol accommodation due to several reasons.
